Arcturian Ambassador - Viviane Chauvet

Founded by Viviane Chauvet, an Arcturian Ambassador, and Cosmic Teacher, this University is the only official embassy sanctioned by Arcturus Light Council and Elders available on Earth. It provides a portal to higher consciousness through experiential learning, new earth initiatives, Arcturian healing technology, meditative journeys, and direct intergalactic transmissions.
